Beck will be on ATP level very quickly, Istomin, if he gets the wild cards or makes some quallies, then he can play int he first round, and where is Labadze, well, I would start from checking the local McDonalds.

Labadze along with Kafelnikov were the pioneers of match fixing in tennis. Not sure where he is now - probably bought an island with the money he earned through fixing.
No idea about Labadze.
Beck - I'm expecting him to finish 2008 in top 100 (maybe top 75)...VERY dangerous on the faster surfaces, and certainly one to watch out for on the grass, and in the post-US Open indoor / fast outdoor events.
Istomin - has talent, but missing something between the ears. Might be a little longer before he makes a major breakthrough...if he ever does.

I heard Labadze had an injury, shame cause he is probably my favourite player.
