He has just started the year with a great win against Radek Stepanek in Sydney, beating him 4-6 6-0 6-3
And he also won in doubles with GGL!

He's doing quite well in the SA Swing. QF in Santiago where it looked like he was fixing against Giraldo, but never mind. SF in Costa and now 2nd round in BA.
Very nice, he is still ambitious and ready to go this year. Hopefully he will continue things in Europe, and gets the same results as last year.

Matchpoint in Copa Claro final - El Flaco lost (3-6, 6-3, 4-6) to Nicolas Almagro, but overall it was a good match, and Chelito fought well (and apparently the crowd was misbehaving as usual...)
