About 4-5. Fed is 5-0 against Fish lost only 1 set in 2003 Wimbledon.

I'll say the same exact thing I said for the match with haas.

I dont really think fish has a chance.

However, back in Australian Open, I also didnt think tipsarevic had a real chance but he ended up having one..

Interestingly enough this will be their third encounter at IW, the other two were back in 04 and 05 and were fairly comfortable scorelines. In fact, it's rather surprising that they've only played two really close sets, the one Fish won at Wimbledon in 03 (the only set Federer lost that fortnight) and a second set tiebreak in Madrid later the same year.

Fed apparently was handed a finals appearance at IW after last year's debacle.

Hmmm shouldn't you guys wait for Haas - Federer match to end????
you've been in a coma?
:haha: :haha: :haha:

On topic: Fed better not underestimate Fish. There's a good reason why he managed to beat up Denko, Hewitt & Nalby: good, consistent playing and fighting spirit. And with Fed not having had much matches under his belt lately (which because of Haas' withdrawal, some people have very wrongly addressed as 'luck'), it might get a lot tougher than many seem to expect over here. Still I trust Feds to come though as the winner.

someone saying something wise.

Of course it is difficult to see fish winning, but give him some credit people. He has done something, and he has nothing to lose, only federer can leave the court as a looser..

Didn't watch the Fish vs Nalby match in full, just checked and it seems Fish had 23 aces.. That's a lot. But not so good at winning 2nd serve points. Still, I did see he can play some great shots.

Not that this means a huge deal for Fed, he should win, but with minus one match (indeed, in a way Haas withdrawal is not a good thing for him) and an in-form fighter across the net, I don't think this will be a cakewalk.
