This thread that is.
Reading some of the comments about the WTA here, and about the sister forums site, WTAworld, has made me curious as to this forum's membership's interest in the world of tennis played by the fairer sex.
I had always assumed that a person's interest in tennis would be split 50/50, one half of intertest and fanaticism for the men and the other half for the women. I've always been 50/50, leaning towards the WTA but since Sampras stopped dominating Wimbledon I got into the ATP too.
I was niave though, as it turns out that some people don't watch the men's game at all, and some don't watch the women's at all. In bigger numbers than I thought. My brother calls the women's game 'battle of the unforced errors', which sums up his attitude, but what about here?
So anyway, pick the option that reflects you and then witter on in this thread about why.
