Would be a sad day if uselesskori vultures the top 4 ranking....and spoils all the draws in master series/grand slam tournaments....and does his usual bending act in all semifinals of masters and grand slams to djokovic

Sadly it looks very likely. Del Potro is skipping Acapuloco and looks very unlikely to defend Indian Wells being injured.

Kevin Anderson has 360 points to defend in Miami and Indian Wells while vulturekori has none.

Federer could gain points in Dubai but may find it difficult to defend points in Indian Wells. Will probably skip Miami, so Nishikori will gain on him there too.

So very likely vulturekori is going to be back in top 4 without doing anything of note in the past season apart from his usual bendover jobs to Djokovic...if Zverev doesnt do well on clay, vulturekori may end up being top 3 too :(

unlikely

but looking at how a complete clown like Zverev is number 3, it could very well happen

sooner or later though Fishikori will be heading out of the top10, it's inevitable

Why would he necessarily spoil the draws by e.g. enabling Delpo or Zverev to meet Big3 earlier in QF instead of SF ?

At least it opens up the draw for a good player to make a breakthrough

Roger is pretty close in ranking points and he doesn't have anything to defend at Dubai so it might push him to 5th.

You cant deny nishikori has maximised his potential given his physique. I love the way he tears through the early rounds, he really annihilates anything in his path until he comes up against his Master, Djockovic
