Marat at 26 right now, into the quarterfinals--wow, this has been one wacked draw-redrawing--and playing Tommy tomorrow, who did a stand-up job of demolishing Blake. :yeah:

Now wouldn't it be just spiffy if I could actually see them play, but alas. The Indo-European conference is all day tomorrow, and I'll be listening to some--hopefully very interesting--talks on Latin while they're playing. Which is great, but I didn't get to see them at the USO either. :( I'm still glad they're being put on last, even if it means I'm going to miss them, because Marat prefers to play at night, though not too late, like at Miami, and he's been playing in the evenings this week so better not to shake it up too much. I'm also glad he had two days without singles, and only a short doubles match yesterday.
