Guga - 2001 (not watching tennis much back then but I liked him the most)
Robredo - 2005 (See Guga. I just liked him the most. He was interesting to me)
Djokovic - 2007 (Tennis became my fav sport in 2007. Watching almost every week thanks to him at first)
Tipsarevic - 2007 (The most exciting fav when on for me. What a beautiful talent)
Cilic - 2008 (Saw great talent in him but never thought he would be such a headcase. He is the nicest player tho. Love his personality)
Gulbis - 2009 (The opposite of Cilic but loved him and his game)
Del Potro - 2009 (Well, he GOATed that year. Hard to not root for him)
Lacko - 2010 (Biggest underachiever among my faves. Such beautiful game he has)
Nishikori - 2013 (Baby Davy. Magic BH)
Zverev - 2014 (The only youngster I'm truly supporting)
Tomic - 2015 (Nard's game is just ultra sexy)
Sock - 2015 (Dat Forehand is just too damn sexy)

I actually haven't watched tennis for that long...
Federer - 2007 (I think from AO2007)
Hewitt - I can't remember when, must have been 2005/2006 and everyone thought he was a brat (now they say that of Kyrgios)
Tsonga - 2008 AO run - the beatdown of Nadal was some funny stuff
Nishikori - late 2012, became a firm and rigid supporter in 2014 seeing him reach the top 10 with great results, including USO F.
Tomic - 2012
Wawrinka - 2013 (took notice when he faced Novak in AO)
Schwartzman - late 2014
Sock - 2015 (I did see a few of his matches in 2014, but 2015 was when it lifted off)
GGL - 2014/2015 I watch some here and there - got a great allcourt style game, single hander and not showing too much wear for his age.

I have many favorites nowadays, but looking at some of the earlier ones that I can remember off the top of my head...

Federer - 2003, started watching tennis in 2003 and immediately fell in love with his game when I saw him play at Wimbledon that year
Safin - 2004, his comeback at the AO was inspiring and game was beastly, actually preferred him over Federer due to his headcase-qualities
Djokovic - 2006/2007, liked his technique when I first saw him in 2006 and then when he showed his mental strenght in 2007 I became a bigger fan
Nieminen - 2003, he was the only Finnish player at the time playing tour events regularly (still is in singles...) and I also liked his fighting spirit
Haas - 2006, such a classy game, shame about the injuries
Gonzalez - 2006, how can you not love his forehand?
Wawrinka - 2006, such a powerful and yet classy brand of tennis, incredible how he's gotten it together mentally lately

Henri Leconte 1988 (was in france and saw his run to the RG final in french tv, did not understand anything but saw the flashy game I liked very much as a youngster, luckily I was on the way home and did not see the final).

Goran Ivanisevic 1992 (boy those lost wimby finals... and the wonder of 2001)

Nole 2005 (since that US open second round against Monfils where I saw him first, I did not care about the injury time outs I liked the game and the attitude of I will win it any way)

You are killing me sometimes, lier . Where is Haas in this story :p?

It was Borg back in 1979. Djokovic 2005 ... and many other guys in between and after. I guess I'm a tennis whore but had to pick someone.

Seriously, there are too many players I enjoy or did enjoy watching... my list would go on and on ...

Ivan Lendl- early 80's as a kid, hated Mac and Connors back then.
Agassi - mid 90's, was sick of Sampras domination.
Novak - 2007, bored to tears by the Fedal duopoly, offered an alternative.
