Actually Nadal has also had some pretty good results with some mediocre partners. I think they would be unbeatable together if they took it seriously. They'd be at least respectable, because of Federer alone. People tend to forget that Roger is a very good doubles player, when he plays, and he's rarely played with elite doubles talent in his career (besides Max Mirnyi).
They can't though :rolls:Actually Nadal has also had some pretty good results with some mediocre partners. I think they would be unbeatable together if they took it seriously.
 Roger's back couldn't take being hunched over in the fore court waiting for Nadal to serve.I think Nadal would have to shorten his pre-serve routine though; I can just see that sending Fed nuts
I think Rafa has pretty good results, at least in the hard court doubles, because he has a better partner--Marc Lopez.Actually Nadal has also had some pretty good results with some mediocre partners.
he is not retarded. obviously he wont play shots like that in doubles. he plays like that because it works well in singles. his serve is fine as well as long as he learns to abuse the leftiness a bit more. its not like the doubles tour has nole/murray class returners.Rafa's serve is too poor. Skilled teams would abuse his serve games. Also he likes to hit "moonballs" that go high over the net and those will also be abused by any non-retarded doubles player for easy points.
