Karatsev in particular has been insane, he's been around a while and suddenly looks like a top 50 player out of nowhere.

Zapata will never be more than a claycourt Challenger player, but Karatsev? Holy shit, the guy is class. Forehand, backhand, serve, volley; he can hit every shot in the book. The guy will probably reach top 100 next week if he is not too tired.

Also 17 yo Alcaraz made a Challenger Title plus Challenger Final back to back. It’s very interesting that he made RG Qualies thanks to that run so he’ll debut in a Slam Q very soon
