I really don't understand why german sites claim haas would be safe as an alternate
They say atp has announced it... I think a lot of players can overtake him, weird..

But I can think about more than 3 players to overtake him, eg Berdych, Murray and Robredo, so he would be 11th in the raceReports are that Roddick possibly won't play.
I don't think he'll want to go there "just" as an alternate after what he said yesterday..
Obviously he is far from being safe.
