His frame is incredibly narrow and small, I dont think he weights much more than 55kg, how does he handles to survive in that condition?

Dude if he would way anything beneath 60kg it would be hospital territorry, let alone dominating a sport like tennis.

According to the ATP website, he is 77kg/170lb (height 188cm/6'2"): Novak Djokovic | Overview | ATP Tour | Tennis
That info never gets updated, although some players changed their training and diet and have become much leaner since the beginnings of their career.

Federer's weight is still indicated as 85kg (height 1.85m), which cannot be right.

His legs not skinny at all
His egs actualy do look skinny, but by the virtue of being very lean and actively flexing the muscles, they pop out in this photo. Look at Murray or Berdych for big legs on a tall guy.

He's definitely gained some muscle since 2018, this is him just before the USO 2018 (which he won despite not looking like much of an athlete lol).

Anybody who thinks Novak weighs 60kg or under is an outstanding example of how stupidity and gullibility contribute to global obesity and weight issues.

Novak has an outstanding physique and I'd say he's as close to the middle of the "healthy" mark in whatever method you measured him, BMI, waist measurement, etc. Obviously, in terms of actual fitness, he is far, far above just healthy too.

Of course, most people are going to fall for marketing scams on what the 'ideal physique' is, so I don't totally blame them for being uneducated and dumb when it comes to weight. Men are just as bombarded with utter bullshit these days as women have been for a long time.

Some people are into the bodybuilder types (natty or not) and I wouldn't shame anybody for their preferences. If you like looking at Chris Bumstead, power to you.

Me, as a straight male, I find the physiques of climbers and ninja warriors the most aesthetically pleasing (just watch Magnus Midtbo or Ben Polson on youtube). And those elite level sprinters at 100m dash look spectacular.

Djokovic is an elite level athlete whose body is most adapted to the sport he excels at. If he was a weightlifter, his body would express itself differently. But he needs the combination of stamina, speed, strength and flexibility that he has, gaining extra muscle mass would be detrimental in some of those categories.

His bones and internal organs may weight about 65kg. What's left is hair and skin as he has almost no fat.
