How many Roland Garros titles would Federer and Djokovic combined win on slower clay

Many people moan about the slowing down of grass courts, but RG clay was sped up between 2005 and 2011. It certainly isn't the molasses-slow surface that was the realm of the ultra-fit and extremely patient moonballers in the 90s. This year organizers chose low bouncing balls that made play similar to a hardcourt.

I think 1 each. Ultron would have got a title if the clay was slow. And Fraud is Fraud with his forever illegitimate RG title.

Fed would have won anyway against Soderling in 2009. So he would still have one.

Djokovic also could have had more chances at Nadal in 2013 and this year. So probably two.

Nadal with a couple less.

Federer best clay master's Hamburg was actually slower clay. So I have no doubt he'll still have one RG. No difference either way.

Djokovic would actually benefit from slower clay, so he could actually have one if that was the case.

Could someone explain the difference between slow and fast clay? I'm puzzled. Clay is freaking clay.

When Hamburg was played in May, it had the slowest clay on tour, and Federer won it four times and gagged a final in six appearances from '02 to '08. Nice try, though.

Question is about RG, not some 16掳C low-bouncing demoted-to-500 MM tournament.

It wouldn't have hurt Rafa, even as much as he likes fast Clay conditions now. If Roland Garros played like hamburg that would hurt him, but that would just be stupid. Novak maybe could won 2013,2014 against him on slow clay. Still very doubtful though.

He did play well in Hamburg, but Hamburg played the least like a proper Roland Garros court of the 80s and 90s. That court was at times like mud, you didn't slide through much at all, and very low bounce for Clay. Roland Garros was slick high bounce just very slow. Forget the past decade, the almost exact comparison, best indicator historically is Monte Carlo. The exact same clay.

The clay was slightly slower this year, still needs to be better. It's not like the debacle of 2011. Even a few years before that was way too fast.

A butthurt delusional Fedtard opened the other thread to bash Djokovic, why do you have to bash No1e even more here. Why didn't you open a thread with Fed nd Murray as option. Why spitting on No1e even more.

Disgusting.
