Question stems for having just realized that Bjorkman is ranked #6 while Mirnyi is ranked #8. 1) it doesn't really make much sense since they play together ALMOST every tournament, and 2) from what I've seen in 2007 it seems that Max has been by far the stronger of the two.



any thoughts?

Bjorkman made Bastad SF with Thomas Johansson, so he has 75 points more than Mirnyi.

no idea. I was just wondering how they did it. But I guess there is no logical way to do it other than points. I just find it painfully obvious that Max has been way better than his partner this year. But yeah, i have no answers as to how else to do it. You?
