these ads have minimal marginal effects on anyone's behavior, but it gives continued exposure and keeps them in people's mind

The Royal Bank of Scotland is the fifth biggest bank in the world and the second biggest in Europe so as you might expect they need someone with a bigger international profile than Andy.
