I just need some help about posting the pictures i keep on trying to post some and it just gives me this

The file you tried to attach is not an image. If you are trying to attach an image, please ensure it is valid. If you are not trying to attach an image, please use the file's correct extension.

Pls. reply anyone who knows how to tell me how to fix the problem
