last year they had Roland Garros 1/2 hour highlights! but yeah... they had the ATP Tennis show about 3 or 4 years ago?


anyway.......... this is great news despite the fact that my favourite(s) might not be there

Ditto to what kat said... I'm like the opposite of these halfwits who only know/support the top guys. Ask me a question about them, and I have no idea! Ask me about some guy called Pless, Nieminen or Kunitsyn,...and I have answers! I guess I'll just watch to see Rogers tennis.

Maybe Roger can hand out bagels to everyone, and then there will be time for some doubles. That'd be nice. But it wouldn't surprise me if they showed a bunch of highlights from the match, and other previous matches from MC's....

i didn't know that!!! i remember they showed it in 2002 when it was in shanghai and of course in 2001 when it was in sydney...but since they hadn't shown houston i had given up hope of seeing it!!!! for abc!!! and yes, FOR ONCE the time difference is perfect!! well, there basically is no time difference!

i remember the good ol' days when they used to show atp stuff...i know their RG highlights were kinda crap...but i liked that ATP show...and they also used to show the masters too from like the QFs onwards...it was great. i wish they would start that up again...i'm sure ppl would watch it.

also while we're on the topic, not sure if u guys already know or there has already been a thread on this somewhere else...but channel 9 are condescending to show the USO from the QFS onwards...so from Thursday night onwards u can see some of the USO! (albeit at an ungodly hour...but better than nothing!)...there's also some on Fri morning which would be Thursday's night match!!

yeah I think someone mentioned it in the other thread (could've been the Feds on 60 mins one?) - but it wasn't confirmed (??) at that stage... now it is!! The hours are all wrong.... but hopefully there'll be something worth watching though! thanks for the news.
