Do you need a stretch for your obliques? I have found a good one. Kneel on the floor, sit on your heels with arms outstretched in front of you so you are prone on the floor. Relax your shoulders. Now, walk your hands to the right approx. 45 degrees, stretch your left arm out high (on the floor at the angle) and hold. Relax into the stretch - esp. relax shoulders. Now go back to center and then do the same on the left. It seemed you might need the stretch.... don't know, but there it is.
