Ginepri getting the short end of the media stick?
It seems somewhat disingenuous for people to be calling Robby Ginepri a journeyman at such a young age. I think it is great that a player can take control and turn his career around before its too late. A late bloomer yes, a journeyman? Perhaps a bit too harsh.
In 2004 he reached the 4th round of the AUS, and the 4th round of Wimby. It was a matter of bad luck to have drawn Agassi in the first round of the US last year.
In 2003 he reached the quarters of 3 TMS events, with losses to Andy Roddick, Lleyton Hewitt, and Rainer Schuettler, who at that time had been at the top of his game.
