Numerous different stories, not sure why you lump them all into one
You cited "Africa, South America, East Europe, Asia" as being exploited and suffering discrimination.

I gave you a prime example in each of those regions where the problems of the population have effectively nothing to do with the "West" and almost everything to do with bad governance.

However, if you want to believe in fairy tales of plucky Eastern Europeans and big bad Westerners, then knock yourself out.

OK but can we all agree that Berentinni won zero dropshots? That is the right tally, no? All of them stopped in the net.
He made two in the very first game :geek:

You know exactly what I'm talking about in terms of rich countries vs poor countries, don't be intentionally thick

Irrelevant. Year later* with different conditions, bring it on. Djokovic fans know he is the last person Nadal fans want to see on clay, no one stresses Nadal out more than him. And he will again tomorrow.
Eight months* - the RG final last year was on the 11th. October 2020. That isn't a lot of time - you really think Nadal will have declined at all in such a short period? Djokovic will be lucky to win a set but I wouldn't be surprised to see another straight sets hammering from Bull.

Also - wasn't everyone saying the conditions in last years final were perfect for Djokovic and terrible for Nadal? Cold, damp, heavy, and indoors (roof closed)? Still fucking destroyed him.

The West, including the US are responsible for exploitation of much of the world, Africa, South America, East Europe, Asia, wherever. We are also talking about the rich Global North, it is not a strict line of longitude

Big rich countries exploit and discriminate against small, poorer countries, it is a fact of life
And so-called 'beacons' of the west like Billy Gates imposing his 'Aura' onto continents Africa & Asia promoting vaccines that managed to sterilize millions of women in Africa, helped cause a polio epidemic that paralyzed nearly half million children in India, not to mention promoting GMO's of notorious Monsanto as 'generously donating' to needy populations around the world.

Well I am not up to date with all of this but it would certainly fit into the ethos of exploitation of the poor by the rich

You're talking about fantasies of capitalist Western Europe exploiting Eastern Europe.

You go ask our Slavic friends on this forum about life under the Soviet cosh and whether they'd rather return to that.

I am of the opinion the best way to organize society is a Socio-Capitalist system where profit and money is encouraged, but lifting people up from the bottom is required. Not the pure socialism that destroys innovation, nor the crony capitalism we currently have where winners take all and everyone else is fucked

Besides, no one else bragged openly about "The Sun Never Sets Upon The British Empire", I mean, wow, how arrogant. And I am from USA, we are the worst of the lot right now

The problem with communists and liberals is they believe there is a perfect system.
There is NOT ! System is a synonym of evil.
Attempting to find a perfect system will always fail, as demonstrated by USSR and her former allies.

In terms of West exploiting the East/South, it just happened that there are natural resources (population, land, coal, iron) in those countries to help them enter industrialization and set the rules for international relationship.

Agree with most of that.

Except you're not the worst of the lot in the US. Not even close.

You have psychopaths in sports, politics and Hollywood. Espn USA did this gibberish idiot piece about how Djoker was unpopular and that Fedal were better and incredible rivals! They also spitted that Roddick was a Fed rival.
This was when Djoker was dominating the tour.
Espn lowlives also hired a race baiter that claimed she spoke for folks that “had her skin shade”. Moron.

Big words from you again, I can tell you (last time) nobody from the Djokovic camp will care about that match and he will not be scared one bit tomorrow - unlike everyone else on tour when playing Nadal on clay.
I look forward to quoting your and some others’ posts tomorrow when the match concludes.

I have no words for that horrible behavior from Novak. It is a shame he is world #1
Horrible is an understatement. To do that in front of Berrettini shows just what kind of repulsive individual Djokovic is. He deserves no understanding or compassion, maybe just some mental health counseling.

Wikipedia has an article on the term, and if you read the first paragraph you'll see that it describes Djokovic to a T.
just looked it up: djokovic has now hit 192 winners in his 5 rounds so far to 161 winners combined by his respective opponents and he has actually outwinnered everyone bar berrettini (44 to 55). what a pusher...

That other guy you were debating tries to use former communist influence as the easy scapegoat for many of the far east/east euro shortcomings never admitting that British colonialist & imperialist exploitation predates communism & socialism by centuries. The other advantage the Anglo-American nexus has had is in their monopoly of the english language & it's global reach in mass media exploitation.

a fat old hairy dude sitting shirtless in his basement pontificating about professional sports etiquette ‘for the children,’ lol. and speaking of children, this guy gives off some serious pedo vibes.
At least he had the decency to pull his video from Youtube. Maybe he was warned by some friends that he looked ridiculous in that one.
(Not less so in the linked one by me, but that is at least not tennis/sports related, it makes rather fun of himself and Hungarians.)

when Musetti effectively stopped playing for 3 whole sets, those kind of stat would be expected. I watched only the 4th set against Berrettini and it was the usual desperate defensive scrambling I always witness from Djokovic (I don't watch his matches often anymore, the last two were against Karatsev in Belgrade and Thiem at WTF), he also showed his pushing mentality by screaming like a caveman and kicking the backboard after Berrettini dared to hit a winner.

I know what pusher means, but you don't. Djokovic hits plenty of winners, constructs points and attacks when possible and at the right time (!).
But you people have this weird idea that if a player does not attack from the first shot or try to hit winners like an idiot all the time, it's a pusher. You would lose every tennis match with 623 unforced errors.
