Ill start this one.

I just got a win in Halle because of mix up. No problem there. its a minor Tournament. But in the race to London if in a situation where i missed and with the new scoring of Halle i ) or anyone else ) would of made it. How that run out?

I guess the chances are pretty low for such a scenario to happen. There is not much to be done. Probably a check over all the tournaments 2-3 weeks before London should be done to make sure such things wn't happen

Yeah i mean it was Halle so not enough points to screw the game. And it doesnt bother me because it didnt happen. But i tend to be pessimistic and bring up what if...

I went back and i will jump from 32nd to 28th.
While Nolefan will drop from 31st to 38th.

Chow has enough space it didnt afect him much.


This problem could also happen in Paw. Because of the points system.

I understand you but the only way to solve this is that each player make his numbers all the weeks. Like manager I could tell you that its easy to make mistakes when you are putting all the picks in an spreadsheet and this happen in all the games. It's better if you check your numbers after every tournament

I know. Honestly i was playing just for fun at the time and trusted and trust all managers. I make mistakes all the time.

I think that we should make a rule where managers do not accept any draws with spaces after player's names. I think we all know who's going this and it is just making managers pissed. What do you all think?

Managers decision, it's easy to replace it in Excel :shrug:

DJDVD and me used to keep a track of violaters. We would PM people who made the mistake and if they kept doing so after two warnings, we would avoid their draws. We used to do it ourselves, but then planned to start informing everyone of the same. That, however never happened. Maybe we can start it now.

Yeah. People don't accidentally press the spacebar. They must've do it on purpose. I'd say we start that rule.

Nobody presses spacebar and enter after they write a name :lol: I think it's from the browser. If i recall correctly, when I was using Opera, whenever I wuld copy my own picks, I had spaces after names. I'm not sure why is that. Did anyone encoutered this?

Read Post 2 in my Quito FITD thread. I think the rule is fair.....

You can't do that because we didn't estabilish any rule about it and we will never do it.

You can't enforce it. As I said, I'm pretty sure it's not their fault. It doesn't make sense. We are managing this for the love of the game. In the end, we should make it as much as possible that everyone will have their chance to play. You can post messages in which you ask the players to check their draws and I encourage that, but you can't just refuse their participation.

I definitely agree with you.I I guess the more people we have the better and it's more fun.
