Has Djokovic surpassed Federer to become the HC goat?

Some HC stats:

Slams
Federer:
11
Djokovic: 11

Slam Finals
Federer
: 3
Djokovic: 5

Masters Titles
Federer:
22
Djokovic: 25

Hardcourt win%
Federer
: 83%
Djokovic: 84%

Also ATP Finals:
Federer: 6
Djokovic: 5

It's hard to call this one, they are too close to each other. Let's just say they are co-GOATs.

Considering that at Djokovic's current age Federer won one WTF more but two HC slam less and also nine HC masters less, HC-cogoatovic has the edge here over HC-cogoaterer IMO.

yes the edge on HC is slightly moving over from Federer to Djokovic now and that will be reflected in overall statistics in a couple of years I'd say.

They’re about even in terms of results but Djokovic is better on slower hard courts and Federer is better on faster hard courts.

Not sure there is much of an argument anymore. 11 HC slams and 8 at the AO (Undefeated in AO finals and multiple destructions of Fed and Nadal there) Is insane. Nole's HC dominance is only bested by Nadal's clay dominance.

Nole is HC GOAT. Now is he the best? Mehh... You would have to put him out there against Prime Agassi and Sampras to settle it. Both are legit HC GOAT candidate themselves.

I compiled a comparison on the slam and masters titles growth between the two

Federer is uttermost dominant before(include) 27 years old on hard court slams, after that his achivement is jaw droppingly bad(except for the 2017-2018 resurgence of course)
His performance on masters events, compared to Djokovic, has been very unimpressive since around 25 years old

Djokovic's dominance on hard court slams has never reached the height of Federer's, but in a longer span he performed well throughout his most important years
His performance on masters events has been lackluster in the past serveral years, which is still comparable to most of Federer's career. The gap is too huge that Federer looks like a second tier player

If masters titles are considered valid arguments, then for sure Djokovic has been a much better hard court player than Federer, achivement wise, even if he retires now
However if only slams matter, then they are about on par with each other

Djokovic was pretty close at slams though, and better at masters+WTF.

Before his HC slump period (AO'04-AO'10) 28.5 Peakerer amassed 9 HC slams + 2 finals.
28.5 y.o. Peakovic (till AO'16, so, 28.7 y.o.) has amassed 8 HC slams + 4 USO finals.

28.5 y.o. Djokovic 5 WTF + 19 HC masters, Federer 4 WTF + 11 masters.
