1. Play all tournaments.
2. The two rankings business is too confusing. I don't want a game like this getting complicated (beyond the job of guessing what points you guys are a putting in, and guessing what points you're guessing I'm putting in, etc).
3. Likewise the different surfaces idea - too complicated for me.
