Some news:

Matches will start tomorrow. Iceland were the first ones to arrive in San Marino and now all delegations have practised on the courts.

Just to know, Centro Tennis has six clay outdoor courts (and two more hard ones) with a Center Court (44x22 m) having 3000 seats. Internazionali di tennis di San Marino (International Series 1989-2000; Challenger Tour 1988; 2001-2014) were held on these courts, but will not take place in 2015 for financial issues. Centro Tennis hosts also a Grade 5 ITF Juniors tournaments and Giorgio Galimberti's tennis academy.

Don't think so, also because Cyprus (pool A) has seed #1 and Estonia (B) #2.

(edit)
The winners of each pool are drawn to play-off for a place in Europe/Africa Zone Group II in 2016.

Well that's bad luck for Georgia and Norway since they will likely face Cyprus and Estonia.

Cyprus has the best top player here, even on clay, but the second player I'm not sure.

Estonia is the team with two relatively good players, Zopp is ~150 and Ivanov top 350, while other teams struggle to get ranked players.

Georgia is also good with Basilashvili and in form Metreveli coming off 2 futures wins, but their problem is that they will get to face one of the top 2 seeds. Plus Basilashvili is horrible at the net and if it comes down to doubles he's a liability.

Norway's Durasovic and Ruud, I am not sure how good they are with the senior competition. But they will be a headache for the opponents and dark horses.

Macedonia has an outside chance to qualify to the finals if Norway's young ones are no good here, but they will get burned by opponent in the final for sure.

The other teams aren't really worth mentioning here, most of them are on a different planet. Maybe Montenegro but they won't trouble Estonians.

There's your preview for the event :)
