Years ago I just about lost my left arm due a infection from a fall on my elbow and a purple sack in my elbow ended up on the outside of my skin. I know it's pretty sick. Anyways it never hurt me after or during playing tennis or while doing anything else I got told while having a physical this week the in the future I will need elbow reconstruction surgery. I know this is still a few years away but has anyone had this done? Where you able to play tennis again?

I would sort that out as soon as possible, talk to your local GP.

Your elbow could become infected over time which will worsen the injury.

I completely agree with Ivan. You should sort it out as soon as possible.
This might seem like a silly advice ,but have you consider using your other arm? (if you're playing with your injured one that is)

It's been 10 years since the injury. I think thing are just getting worn out. And my doctor told me that he would like to hold back until the reconstruction surgery has more technology behind it. I guess it like knee surgery was 30 years ago. Thats what I got told. Maybe I'll become a right handed tennis player.
