I'm wondering if any of our Italian posters know anything about him. He's not yet 18 and doing well in futures, made a couple of finals recently.

I checked him out a few months ago after noticing his performances. Not clued up on him at all, but wish him the best. Lost 63 64 to Gil in Genova Challenger.

He's a funny guy, and can make some rumours in the years to came.
Edo has a good forehand and a very nice backhand, too. His serve, too, is more than decent.
With a little experience more, he could have taken a set from Gil.

Espinho 15k future
R1: d. Fransen 7-6(6) 6-2
R2: d. Calderon-Rodriguez 6-7(1) 6-3 6-3
QF: d. Clar-Rossello 2-6 6-1 6-3 (330 WR)
SF: d. by Julien Obry 7-6(3) 6-1

Too bad about the semi-final loss but a very good week, especially with the win over the top seed.

He's quite good, but a little too cocky. He should focus more on tennis, but hell fuck he's still really young, so it's maybe better he enjoys these years that he will never have back :yeah:

Finally showing signs of reviving, won his first future at Switzerland F1 beating Knittel and Ehrat in the process :yeah:

just read an interview were he says his idol growing up was Safin! not surprising at all considering all the young players he has captivated with his game and personality. Seems like he is taking the sport more seriously too and his goals are very optimistic and ambitious, but I guess it has to be that way at this stage and age in his career.

forza Edo!
