According to news today (http://tenisbrasil.uol.com.br/noticias/23759/Rio-Open-cobra-de-R-20-a-R-350-por-ingressos/) they have confirmed for the men's field:

i) Nadal (http://www.rioopen.com/Pages/Contents/News?id=9),
ii) Ferrer (http://www.rioopen.com/Pages/Contents/News?id=11), and
iii) Thomaz Bellucci for singles,

i) Bruno Soares, (ii) Marcelo Melo, (iii) André Sá for doubles.

For the ladies, only Teliana Pereira.
