Well, there wasn't really a lot to say about it. Andy had obviously recovered from his stomach upset - they don't usually last very long - and played well within himself to come through comfortably. Never faced a break point at all, broke Chiudinelli the once in each set that was necessary to get the W.

Two matches won already post-AO. The Lendl effect is clearly there.

Have I read somewhere he's on gluten-free diet too? Or just thinking about adopting it? Because if he is, and STILL gets his "regular" stomach upsets, maybe it isn't gluten that makes troubles for him?

He seems to be recovering well. Good match, no break points faced. Nice, clean win. Hopefully, he'll be ready for Berdych. Good win, Andy, considering you were ill yesterday.
