Federer wouldn't play against Murray in the 1st round. Murray should be seeded as a No. 8 :shrug:

No, he'd have missed out by one place if there were no last minute withdrawls.

Fed, Rafa, Nole, Ferrer, Davy, Roddick, Gasquet and Berdych are all currently ahead of him in the rankings.

Dubai field is extremely packed, almost like an AMS - and there are just 8 seeds.

Yes, Berdych should be the 8th seed. Murray is the second highest ranked unseeded player after Misha.

Wow what set of first round matches!!. But the timing is awful. The matches start at 5 am EST

. Fed vs. Murray with Fed not playing a single match after AO!!. I wouldn't hope for an upset though. And now is the time for Cilic to show the stuff he is made of:lol: Well as for Rafa if he wins a couple of rounds that will be a miracle!!
