...in order to finally become universally recognized as the tennis GOAT? Will Djokohaters in that case finally shut their mouths?

Analyze and discuss.

If he wins 24 majors and 400+ weeks at number one he will be the undisputed greatest of all time by records and achievements.

So the answer is yes if he wants to be undisputed for the entire history of tennis so far.

But he can alternatively still cement his legacy as the Open Era undisputed greatest of all time which is the big thing in modern tennis.

He might end up as the GOAT somehow if he continues to win a slam here and there and does not let anyone pass him soon.
But yeah 23 minimum for undisputed required and 400 weeks minimum.
Not sure if he is ever going to win a slam title again. At that age it is a big question mark as it is with Nadal at this point. Younger generation are fresh and hungry. They will most likely win 2-3 slams each year from now on. Be sure. They started with once a year from 2020 on.

you shouldn't compare amateur pre open era players like 5 foot 7 Ken Rosewall with inflated stats due to the low quality of tennis, amateur status, 'pro' players banned from playing tournaments, non standardized rules such as 4 draw enthronements, lack of competition due to its elite image and most top players did not have time or money to waste traveling around the globe for near zero prize money.

What a joke to compare Noles slam tally to amateur era players with padded stats into the goat debate as Tennis was an expensive sport reserved for the elite class and most talented players saw traveling continents to play slams as a pointless expensive joke . The cost to fly 36 hours by plane pre jet age to play in the aussie open was more than the winner prize money so its unfair to compare early tennis to modern tennis in slam counts

So no NOvax does not need to chase some arbitrary inflated 'Slam' number from an era where tennis was virtually a different sport in terms of competition and money.

Also comparing mens to womens tennis is a pointless debate which i could wall of text as well..

He needs 2 CYGS and 1 singles gold to stop the debate. To be in the conversation 1 CYGS and 1 gold.

Steffi has 377 weeks actually, and 8 YE #1

But of course, we know what happened with Seles and that situation

Rosewall at 5 foot 7 and 135 pounds still with more racquet skills of anyone playing today, can probably still hit a better backhand slice at 80+ years old today than 99% of the tour. YE top 10 for 25 straight years age 18 to 43, top 5 player all time

Graff is the 🐐 of women's tennis 🎾
That's Court. 24 singles slams including a CYGS. She won 24/43 singles slams entered. She won 64 slam across all disciplines including two boxed sets ( every slam on all disciplines twice). Retired early whilst having four kids whilst still competing. It's only the cancel culture that has cancelled her GOAT standing.

Graf’s whole career is asterisked - she was getting spanked by Monica until her German wacko admirer busted out his knife
Prior to stabbing, Graf had leading H2H against Monica, while Monica was ranked world number 1...Apart from that, Seles never beat Graf on grass, hard court or indoors. All her wins against Graf came on slow surface, either on clay or rebound ace. So, the fact is she was not getting spanked.

How is that any different to what Djokovic has been doing last few years?
