3 years is harsh given that its for placing tiny bets on tennis matches that he's in no way involved with or affected by. Especially when there's plenty of others placing £1000s on fixes and getting away with it.

There was one match involving dodgy odds with him, against Kohl last year, the week after italy won the world cup.
