I think I'm gonna throw up. Seriously. That tiebreak was tension personified. Aside from the DF and the missed return on a second serve it was perfect from Sam.. maybe even more perfect because he recovered from those misses.

I think it was clear that Rusty was going to play from the fact he was the only guy absent from the team bench whilst Groth was playing? i.e. he was preparing himself to play.

Love this surface, a throwback to the good old days of Davis Cup in Australia in the 80's, and the old AO.
And great work by Groth, he was the real hero today.
