Arthur Ashe looks good from Blimp shots, but you go there and you realize you've entered a wind tunnel.

Plus, it's very classist. The box seats take up 1/2 of the stadium. The "good seats" you get tickets for at $40-$50 a pop would be the nosebleed seats in any regular stadium. And the cheap seats (re: $35) put you on the near side of the moon

Werthiem actually had a very good comment in the mail bag the other day about this - I'm too lazy to dig it up, maybe later.

He essentially just says what we have already said about it. That its huge, nasty, and just screams "show me the money".

That is to say nothing of the fans mind you - they can't help that the stadium is gross and elitest.

Ive never been there, but they did us all the "favor" of showing some scenes filmed from the very top. I could barely see the COURT, how people can want to see a small ball??
And then we wonder why they put those giant screens in there.
