that was one hell of a week from Carlos !!!!!!!!

totally awesome now i wonder if he will still be called a "clay courter"

doesn't matter what else they do they will still be clay courters is what pisses me off :mad:
Carlos should have been stopped being called one about 5 years ago but still is

so Henboy is a grass court specialist cos thats all he can ever do and not very good at that either

the media says things who aren't correctly, even during a match i noticed the reporter is telling wrong things about the players. Sometimes i have the feeling the fans knows more about their favorite player than the press.
Well I agree when they are saying that clay is the favorite surface from moya, corretja etc, but when you are looking at their results during the past years you can see that they have very impressive results on other undergrounds too.
Think on 1998 the masters final: playing by corretja and moya
Toulouse (alos indoors, fast underground): playing by corretja and moya, in 1997 or 1998 was moya in Halle in the semifinal (that is grass), this year corretja beated sampras on grass during the quartfinal of the daviscup, moya was finalist in the australian open, semifinalist in us open, winner in 1997 from long island, etc... i think clavet and robredo had good results in the past too on grass and hardcourt;
But it is easy for the media to write only slogans, like rafter the serve volleyer, henman the grasscourt specialist and .....
