Interesting to see that Voinea only just sneaked into the main draw as the last direct acceptance, as he's one of the lower-ranked people who has much to lose in Miami; last year he made the last 16, beating Ancic, Ljubicic and Ferrero all in three sets, before losing to Lapentti.

Is it true that the following players withdraw?

1) Roger Federer
2) Mikhail Youzhny
3) Gustavo Kuerten
4) Nicolas Massu

Because, I never found their names in the oriuginal website of nasdaq100 open.

Somebody can tell me the reason of their withdrawal.

My guess is the web site not yet update the players list. Other than Rogi, all 3 players did not play last year.

The list at the beginning of this thread was the list of players directly accepted into the main draw as of February 4, 2003. So that list is as up-to-date as one you're going to find.
