Colonel faltered but eventually carried out an order and rode a tank.

Cincinnati R1: Youzhny def. (12) Tsonga 6-1 6-4

Jo probably tired from his incredible effort in Canada. Maybe a blessing in disguise to get some extra rest for the Open.

Tsonga was emotionally and physically exhausted having one day off wasn't enough. Tsonga needed more time if he was ranked higher and had a later start date he would have done better.

Exactly. Toronto was no fluke, he played really well there. He played 5 days in a row, with one day off, was anyone really expecting him to come back and play at that level today? He needed to rest today, not play more matches.

Beating 4 healthy top 10 isn't a fluke you hater/clown. He just tanked in order to be ready for the US Open.
Admit it, the only player who was remotely playing close to his best was Murray. In fact Murray should've beaten Tsonga. My guess is that Tsonga will crash out before QF.

lolexcuses. Nadal won Montreal and Cincinnati last year, then the US Open. Roddick did the same in 2003. Rafter did it in 1998.
