Good day lads!

D like to resort to the new boy in da hood today.....Seen Marins last 2 encounters and must admit that this chap has matured a lot lately, keeps his head cool, serves brilliantly, demonstrates smart return game,as Jez precisely mentioned, Marin has been showing really dominating performances against ball bashing hitters,Gonzo is the latest sculp!....and now Cilic to compete against another cannon Blake, who has luckily escaped early ousting from the hands of aging Seb,James is far from the top conditions and struggles heavily due to immense amount of UEs also got to underscore that American compiled really mediocre lifetime record against Croats 4-10! - one of this rare wins occured against Marin in 2006 ...but youngster has raised his level sufficiantly in this 2 years...so James hardly handles with big servers even without good return skills...Marin rules hitting cannons in style....2.4 for Cilic looks juicy....

Ferrer @ 1.55

Ferrer has been very solid this week and Ferrero's win over Nalbandian is overrated, Nalbandian played like total crap. H2H is 4-1 for David but it's been a year and a half since the last time they met.

Re: CILled to the bone gangsta Monday

hi everyone !
about that cilic blake match i wouldn t be too sure man
first of all cilic gonzo was played indoors .cilic won t be as good outside
then blake came back from 2 sets down against grosjean for the first time of his life ;he looked very solid to me and so motivated .physically as well the man is so strong
James knows he s got a great opportunity there he s got a status to defend and he s gonna do it.Seems to me he s at his top just right now .he s so calm so clever on the court
Last encounter:same surface bangkok 2006 james won 61 62 he knows cilic has improved since then and he s just ready

to me the thing is clear james BLAKE will advance tomorrow

Radwanska to win in under 21.5 for me..Petrova is choking like crazy, only beat weak opponents and still hit 102 UE's thusfar in 3 matches! Radwanska hardly makes errors and is very intelligent on court...making the most of Petrova's mistakes and her terrible movement.
Petrova's results against fellow youngsters were also terrible:
Def. Tatiana Golovin(NR,5.78) (FRA) 6-7(2) 6-0 ret. (Hopman Cup)
Lost to Ana Ivanovic(NR,5.67) (SRB) 6-2 4-2 ret.
Lost to (8)Tatiana Golovin(NR,7.68) (FRA) 6-2 6-1 (Amelia Island)
Lost to (13)Tatiana Golovin(NR,6.80) (FRA) 6-2 1-0 ret. (Indian Wells)
Lost to (6)Ana Ivanovic(NR,5.70) (SRB) 6-1 2-6 6-4 (Wimbledon)
Lost to (3)(WC)Ana Ivanovic(NR,7.08) (SRB) 7-5 6-4 (LA)
Lost to Agnes Szavay(NR,6.90) (HUN) 6-4 6-4 (US Open)
Lost to Victoria Azarenka(NR,5.54) (BLR) 6-2 6-1 (Luxemburg)

Radwanska @ 1.8 is also great value!

Playing a bit of MUG's game by using Djokovic in both bets, to bolster value, but I honestly do not see him losing...if he does, I'm prepared to live with the consequences.

Blake x Djokovic @ 2.07 - As superboy2006 mentions, the big hitting "loose cannon" style seems to match up nicly to Cilic's game, but I'm shocked at the level of respect he is getting (was expecting 2.70-ish). Prepared, on a rare occasion, to largely overlook the match-up issue...despite impressive performances this week, Cilic isn't the most stable player (can be erroneous off both wings; erratic serving); unchartered territory for him; new media spotlight etc. Blake not hugely reliable, but this is where knowledge and experience can serve him better, and given how strong he is, physically, he should have recovered sufficiently well from 5-setter 2 days ago. Can find value in Blake at 1.65+.

Ferrer -3.5 x Djokovic @ 2.20 - great current form by both, but Ferrero will have to execute a near-perfect game of controlled aggression to break through Ferrer's solid defence. Wouldn't surprise me if Ferrero takes a set, but I think Ferrer will steam-roll him in at least one set to put this handicap back on track.

Ferrero has been awesome this week, thought bandy would handle him but he just couldnt get to grips with ferreros agressive nature, Ferrer as good as he is, is very beatable because of his sometimes vulnarable serve, questionable record against fellow spaniards too, Ferrero seems to be back to his best and will be hard to beat, Ferrer had his time in the sun its time for someone else, Ferrero also loves playing in Australia and at 11/8 is boombastic value.

Blake over Cilic @ 1.69 (50 units)
Blake 3-0 @ 4.50 (6 units)
Just don't think Cilic is consistent enough to string together 4 wins at a major especially after the biggest win of his career. Also, his recent good form doesn't justify such close odds against a former top 5 player and current top 15er.

Hewitt over Djokovic @ 5.30 (20 units)
Hewitt shouldn't be this much of an underdog against anyone except for Federer. I remember their match at Wimbledon last year and Hewitt missed a lot of opportunities, I actually think he's got a good shot at winning this match.
