All 3 seeds yesterday lost and they only won 1 set in total, fortunately they no longer have byes. Especially teams like Pavic/Soares that are only seeded because of their accomplishments with other partners and looked very ordinary together as they were outplayed by Rublev/Zverev and were lucky to even get to a tiebreak.

Wawrinka-Paire play Bopanna-Shapovalov this evening in Montreal. Looks like Bopanna-Shapovalov benefitted from a retirement, but that's all I know.

Haase/Koolhof into the final. Reached Monte Carlo Masters final (lost after having matchpoints), Hamburg final (lost to Marach/Melzer) and will face Granollers/Zeballos this time. They are a great team, especially their returning and net play is top class. Serve is decent but not among the best.
