Whoever of them manages to do so, he would achieve something special - winning slams in 4 different decades.

Will they be motivated for such achievement and will they be able to pull it off?

No, because he quit pro tennis before 2030.

Rafa is the only player capable of winning in the 2030s, because he's still way ahead of the field at Roland Garros.
Whereas Djokovic needed a 6-4 5th Set vs. Thiem (a player not even known more for clay than hardcourt).
This year's AO was the most unconvincing slam title of Djokovic's career, so most probably the last he'll ever win.

What an unexpected answer from a well known unbiased fan of the game.

Djokovic will be beating up on Federer's son on the court in the 2040s. While Djokovic's 80 year old dad berates Roger in the player box and calls him a 'Swiss wimpy boy'.

I think winning slam's after 35 is going to prove difficult always. Federer caught lighting in a bottle for a year and was, I admit a bit lucky that Djokovic was hampered.

Maybe they can if they end up in wheelchairs.

Better to retire earlier than risk your health severely like Sir Andy does.
