There is pre qualy event happening this week in the Lawn Tennis Club of Buenos Aires.
Nicolas Kicker won his first match 6/0 6/0 and will play in the last 16 vs Tenti,
Top seeds of this pre qualy tournament are Sebastian Baez, Juan Manuel Cerundolo, Camilo Ugo Carabelli and Thiago Tirante. The winner of the event will get a WC for the qualification draw.

Nicolas Kicker beat today Thiago Tirante in the QF of the qualy open 6/3 6/3...which was a first significative test to see his level after almost 3 years without competing.
He will play in the SF Sebastian Baez
In the other SF, Juan Manuel Cerundolo will play Mariano Navone.

I would not be surprised to see Tomas Martin Etcheverry winning it and getting the WC. He was recently in the QF and SF of the ATP Challengers in Antalya on clay.

Main draw : Bagnis, Tirante and Rune. If Bagnis would win his QF in Cordoba, he could be SE and it would then free up a WC for the main draw
Qualies : Nicolas Jarry, Facundo Diaz Acosta, Juan Manuel Cerundolo and Sebastian Baez who won the pre qualy tournament.
Baez and JM Cerundolo could have a good chance to enter the qualy draw with the late withdrawals which could give chances to other local players
