Bailly had two MPs in the breaker as well. It was a very fun match. Altmaier really fell apart in the last two games.

Bailly has a lot of game. His consistency is still not fully there — some bad losses — but this is encouraging.

 

Is Bailly even shorter than David?

 

Good win for Bailly who came through qualifying here. He and has really turned things around in the last few months and is finally realising his potential. I think he has a more complete game than this fellow young Belgian, Blockx, he just lacks a big serve. He and has raised his ranking recently and one more win will put him just outside the top 200. Tough match against Lehecka next.

 

Goffin legacy? More like X-man legacy (Bailly is Flemish, not Walloon.

 

I feel Altmaier can really need a good slice...so many predictable shots in the BH from him IMO.

Bailly has a good potential. I saw him this week for the first Time live in my hometown and I was impressed. Hopefully he can get close to the top 100 next year
