He owns everyone except for Youzhny, the 4 losses were against him :tape:

Nadal 6-4 Youzhny
Nadal 6-0 Mathieu
Nadal 4-0 Gasquet
Nadal 3-0 Nieminen
Nadal 3-0 Kohlschreiber
Nadal 2-0 Davydenko
Nadal 1-0 Tsonga

IMHO only an in form Kohlschreiber or Youzhny can stop Rafa. Davydenko and Gasquet have some chances, but who knows  If Rafa doesn't reach the finals with such a draw then he never will...

That being said, I hope I didn't jynx him lol :tape: given his previous Oz and US Open performances, it's hard to see him making all the way to the finals

Davydenko can stop him. Dunno why so many people underestimate him that much...

Davydenko has enough game to beat him, in fact he lost two match against Nadal but all were pretty tight three setters.
Like you said he has enough game. The problem is he doesn't have enough between his ears or between his legs to get the job done.

Oh come on Ron, in Rome it was CLAY, and in Shanghai it was his poor returning skills and Nadal's good serving (apart from that DF that gave Kolya a set - pretty ironic, isn't it?)

Has nothing to do with the clay. Kolya has exactly the same sort of trouble when playing Federer- he seems to be totally outplaying him but then loses the few really crucial points needed to blow the match. See Australian Open 2006 and French Open 2007.

All this talk about a Kohli upsetting Nadal is bull. Nadal is going to be in the final. The only guy capable of beating him is going to lose to Davy.

When I saw the draw I felt Nadal's chances of a final were pretty good...no Djokovic or Nalbandian in his half.

Third quarter is really exciting...any of Tsonga, Gasquet, Youzhny or Davydenko could, potentially, reach the SF...and the latter two would certainly give Nadal a challenge.

and if you just count the matches as a no.1, it'd be something like 70-5, with berdych, nalbandian (3x) and djokovic beating him.
