Expected.

What is Karlovic's record in TB's this year? Must be shocking.

^ Aren't those poor numbers for a servebot?
Well, Isner's career stat is 63,5%, Raonic has 61,7%, Giller Muller 56,9%, even Sam Groth - with very little tour success - has 57,4%. So yes, it's poor. But it's not just a poor year, it's always been this way for him, struggling to break 50%.

It's a shame that this shitty player will hold an all-time record.
More than one. He already holds the all-time record for most TBs lost, a record that is not threatened by anyone, to put it mildly. He could also possibly take the record for most TBs played before the season is over - or next year.

Not shitty at all. He's a great player with amazing skills, and an inspiration to many.

Thanks for the interesting stats, again. Most tiebreaks played is impressive given that he played much fewer matches than e.g. Federer.

Federer is the competition, of course. He has played 589 TBs, Karlovic 572. This season Karlovic has played 44 so far, Federer 23, and if both maintain that sort of ratio of TBs to matches played Karlovic should catch Fed before too long time has past.

3rd most TBs is still Sampras with 522.

And he would accomplish nothing if he wasn't that tall. :D
If he wasn't that tall his height wouldn't be detrimental to the other facets of his game, he wouldn't rely on his serve and he'd probably be much better off the ground.

I don't think Karlovic is as mentally weak as some of you guys are claiming. You just need to watch his matches at Wimbledon vs Tsonga (2009 and 2015) and Verdasco 2009 to see how mentally tough he can be. It just happens that his return game is verv very poor and his forehand is a 50-50 shot basically like his tiebreak record.

his tie-break record has been 50-50 for years, while other big servers are all in + side, some of the in very + side like Isner, before Roddick, now the question is is Ivo´s tiebreak record so bad, because his groundgame is even worse than other top servers or that he is mentally weak i think both of them are reasons for his pathetic tie-break ratio

50% is not pathetic. It's average by definition. So he's not good at TBs but not bad either.

Isner has much higher positive tiebreak record because of his second serve. Isner has the best second serve by mile. Karlovic's second serve is a joke compared to his first one. Take that one into the account, too.
