Clay: 1- Rafa, 2- Novak, 3- Roger
Hard: 1- Novak, 2- Roger, 3- Rafa
Grass: 1- Roger, 2- Novak, 3- Rafa

Some observations: on clay, i don't have to say that Rafa is miles ahead in front. On grass, i still put fed overall ahead, but novak is very close, especially considering the 3 finals against Roger. On hard, for me it's clear that Novak is the best.

What's your opinion?

Novak isn't better than Roger on clay. It's a tie at max.

It's also too soon to say that he is better on hard court. H2H doesn't determine who is overall better on a surface.

I would say Djokovic is better than Federer on clay. They both have one RG title (and now the same number of RG finals), but Djokovic has more masters on clay, he's beaten Nadal far more times on clay than Federer and generally been more competitive against Nadal on clay, notwithstanding their most recent encounter. Also his overall clay win % is higher (80% for Novak, 76% for Fed). Also he has won MC, Madrid, and Rome. Fed never won either of MC or Rome.

But to OPs question I agree with the list. Nadal dominates his own surface the most for sure (91.8% currently, which is crazy high), but he's also probably the furthest behind on the other surfaces. Djokovic is the most well-rounded across all surfaces.

For reference, here are the current win % by surface for all three, in the order of HC, Clay, Grass:

Djokovic - 84.5 / 80.1 / 84.1
Nadal - 78.1 / 91.8 / 78.0
Federer - 83.3 / 76.1 / 87.4

Winning % speaks volumes but still debatable on Clay between Fedovic since tied H2H in majors but one more WB keeps Novak in discussion w/ Fed & Sampras as 3 of the Grass BOATs while by the end of their careers, Novak will distance himself from Fed on HC.

At this point of big 3's career, surfaces isn't important as slams. Nadal has more impressive slam resume than surface.

A lot of the highest % for hard of Roger and Nole is because they have been more consistent at mickey mouse tournaments in HC than at HC slams.. specially nole concerning his USO record.. but never losing matches at venues like Dubai or China open.

if nole was not DQ during this year's USO and if he took it he would have 87.8% W.

if nole was not DQ this year and if he took USO2020 he should be on 87,8%
As a matter of fact, they should disqualify Djokovic from that list, for letting Murray in 2012, Cilic in 2014, and Thiem in 2020 to win USO. Rafa would never have let that happen at USO.

Had Rafa played USO those years, he would have added at least 2 more USOs, and be standing as a sole leader at USO with 6 titles there. P.S. Rafa has had a 50% success/conversion rate at USO, with 4 titles in 8 show ups there, since 2010.

The best match I ever saw Rogie play at Wimbledon was that 2015 semifinal against Murray - it was incredible. And we all know what happened a couple of days later
Oh yeah I agree. Even my father was wonderstruck and we thought that Roger would blow away Novak in the finals.
