Rotterdam:
Bracciali (1.32, 3 points) to beat Calatrava: Calatrava simply isn't any good on fast surfaces, in fact he isn't good on any surface anymore. Bracciali will have too much power and this should be an easy win.
Rochus (1.71) to beat Ferrer: Ferrer doesn't like playing opponents who can keep up with him in quick rallies. Rochus has already easily beaten him this year.

Memphis:
Malisse (1.28, 2 points) to beat Benneteau: Simply a matter of Malisse being a different class to Benneteau. Malisse is having a really good year and already beat Benneteau last year on a similar surface in straight sets.
Tursunov (1.39) to beat Saulnier: Tursunov likes playing opponents who heavily depend on their serve. He's in a good shape while Saulnier is still in the process of trying to regain some form.
Haas (odds to be confirmed) to beat Spadea: Haas has often shown he has Spadea's number. Spadea simply has no weapons and played very wobbly in the first round.

Costa do Sauipe: no bets on Thursday.
