Djokivic - fairly many times, no match stands out in particular. Federer handles Djovokic rather well compared to the other 2.
Murray - Olympics 2012 is the most recent I can remember. Hasn't been a factor lately due to injures.

Not sure which is one the best tbh. But one that comes to mind, Nadal AO 2014? His backhand was really solid in that match and was winning most of the rallies against Federer's forehand.
