Re: Prince Craplocq beats Horna 76 36 76
The match was very intense. DRAMA!
Sorry about my basic english, but this is what I could tell after watching
In the first set both started commiting a lot of UEs, with Lucho holding serve easily than Carlos, anyway, Lucho was more tentative and commited more errors which allowed Carlos to hit with confidence and foregetting the nerves. TB seemed like it belong to Horna but Carlos scored nice returns which Horna couldn't handle very well. 7-6(3) Berlocq.
In the second set, Lucho realised that He needed to cut down the UEs, and He did it allowing him to dominate points and make Carlos fail. Actually from 15+ winners of Berlocq in the 1st, went down just to 4 in the 2nd, Lucho maintained in 11, [1st set also 11 winners].
The 3rd set started great for both, with Lucho breaking in the third game of the set, but from *3-2, 40-15, Lucho gifted the game with sending a Fh and a Bh out of the court. Carlos noticed this and fought for every ball, getting the break and holding serve till *3-4.
Lucho collapsed and started to swear no court, and He was given a warning. Anyways, He held serve. but at 5-5, deuce, serving Berlocq, Horna recieved intructions from his coach [" Pegale fuerte a la derecha" = "Hit the FH harder"] and a chairman went to the umpire to tell about it, which meant a second warning, with loss of point as a penalization. Lucho swore all over the court  and was soooo mad. It was a crazy moment....
At that point Charly hit a huge amount of winners making Lucho work FOR EVERYTHING, Jeez, Carlos is such a fighter as they reached TB again.
Carlos kept making Lucho work for the extra ball and Lucho did not have enough patience nor answer for it, as well as some silly FH netted UEs made Lucho lose in the decisive breaker.
...for the record, Berlocq did hit more than 20 winners in the last set.
Oh, and  for
Carlos's fighting spirit, Carlos's BH DTL , Lucho's clean strokes [Sometimes] and the nice exchange of balls in the rallies.

Definitely a great match.
