Kohlschreiber loves this match up. Now 7-1 with his only loss being on Youzhny's home turf in Russia and he retired from a set down anyway.

Great win for Kohli! :worship:

Anyway, what's wrong with Youzhny? He is just awful in these days.

I don't understand why Mugschreiber is very hard opponent for Youzhny

Some players are still finding themselves. Mikhail is beginning to lose himself.

Kohli hasn't turned the corner either, but good for him getting a win here.

The result had little to do with the matchup.

Youzhny's attitude is awful at the moment and his play reflects it, at best now his game is random, at it's worst (today) it's diabolical, just spraying errors everywhere and most of the time not seeming to care. He needs to change his mental approach or retire.

Kohly was ok, mental lapse in first set but was probably shocked at how dire his opponent was.

Unfortunatelly this is Youzhny's value right now... take a rest and hope for a better year in 2012 colonel :yeah:

Youzhny should consider retiring. Terrible, terrible player.

Ai ai ai, Colonel...
Good for Kohli though. :yeah:
Quite a bit sad to see two players you both like struggling with their forms so much recently.
