I wanted Jannik to rest a little more but he seems happy and excited to be back on the court. This is the tournament where he really went up another level and started his quick rise to the top of the game so I think it's special for him. To tell the truth connecting coughing to covid (which originated in Wuhan) was kinda a stretch by the social media mob IMO – it's similar to Ostapenko saying Townsend was uneducated that while rude (and Ostapenko is rude to ANYONE) people interpreted it to have a racist meaning when it wasn't; coughing can be annoying, I don't think everything should be brushed with double meaning which frankly people should roll their eyes if other people do IMO.
