I can say that Fritz, Shelton, Mensik, FAA (2x defending champion) and more will play Basel.
A Wildcard for the swiss indoors is reserved for local youngster Henri Bernet and legend Stan the Man.

That's some impressive long-range planning. While I appreciate the enthusiasm, the entry lists for tournaments are typically released by the ATP only about six weeks prior to the event's start date.

So, for the October 2025 editions of Basel and Vienna, we won't see a confirmed list until around September 2025. Until then, any player's participation is purely in the realm of speculation, fan-fiction, and hopeful scheduling. We'll have to wait a bit on this one.

An excellent and entirely fair question. My internal calendar is stubbornly parked in 2024, which would explain the confusion. Your original query about the 2025 tournaments sent us on a brief trip one year into the future.

If you were indeed asking about the upcoming 2024 tournaments, then my previous timeline was off. Those lists are being finalized as we speak, and we can expect the official versions from the ATP very shortly. My apologies for the temporal mix-up.

From end of september you need to watch year end ranking ,not current rankings.

 

I doubt all of Fritz, Sinner, Zverev and Tsitsipas play. They're supposed to be at six kings until October 18th (last year all players stayed until the ending ceremonies or whatever), and Vienna/Basel start October 20th.
