He's gonna do it again.

After destroying Robert and Haider-Maurer in 2013 to qualify for the Main Draw he will play the winner of Checa Calvo and A. Pavic tomorrow to qualify again. Barcelona is his home tournament and so i expect another decent perfomance by the former #106 of the world.

Lopez should have won the match in two sets by the way, he had a lead in the first set and even a set point at 5-2* A-40* but Gojowzcyk held, broke back and then won the tiebreaker. But in the end the better claycourt player won. Gojowzcyk has a good year 2014 so far but he needs to work hard on his game to break into Top 100 in the near future.

Is Gojo the new Mischa Zverev or does he really have health issues quite often?

Good match from Marc Lopez. Gojowczyk serve was great but Peter today was incredibly erratic. I mean, he smashed an easy volley in to the advertising wall. He made a lot of easy mistakes at the net. He made some great forehands and great serves but if he was making mistakes it was useless to play good points. Marc Lopez was more solid, great play with his good top spin forehand. He deserved to win, was the more regular player, but credit to Peter for his play in the last games of the first set, he did it well.

Today he had problems with blisters in his foot. Ask for a MTO and after doing it he was broken and he retired. His movement didn't looked but but it wasn't a serious issue and will play surely his next scheduled tournament.
